These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Seeker Cashier, a QR-based receiving tool for small merchants and independent sellers. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. What Seeker Cashier Does
Seeker Cashier helps merchants create QR payment orders, select a receiving wallet, display payment requests, and keep digital receipts that may include order IDs, payment amounts, selected tokens, and transaction hashes.
3. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
Transactions are authorized through the wallet you choose to use. Blockchain payments are generally irreversible once submitted and confirmed. You are responsible for checking order details, wallet addresses, token selections, and amounts before accepting or sending a transaction.
4. Merchant Responsibility
You are responsible for your products or services, customer communications, taxes, refunds, local legal requirements, and any records needed for your business. Seeker Cashier does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.
5. Availability
We work to keep the app reliable, but access may be interrupted by network conditions, wallet availability, blockchain congestion, browser behavior, maintenance, or third-party services.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use Seeker Cashier for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive payment requests, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party services, or activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
7. No Warranties
Seeker Cashier is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses caused by wallet errors, incorrect addresses, blockchain conditions, third-party services, or user mistakes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
